Pungle   verb - to make a payment or contribution with money.
This man right here, he’s Ben Andrews.  He’s 30 years old and a Co-Founder of a new website called Pungle.  It’s a strange name, but by the end of these four minutes (2 minutes and 33 seconds for me … beat that!), you won’t be able to get it out of your head.
Pungle.org was created for you, the consumer, as a free way (without registration) to organize your favorite online storefronts seamlessly.   Not to mention the spankin’ new site looks very reminiscent of my favorite game, Super Mario Bros.  Don’t worry, I’ll wait right here while you go check it out.  While you’re distracted, make sure you follow them on Facebook too.  They spend a ton of time there and have way more information for you than I do.
You might be asking yourself why you need a website to show you your stores instead of a bookmark on your toolbar or in a folder.  Glad you asked!  Pungle allows you … (read more …)

I’m starting this new project.  It’s something I’ve been thinking about now for a while and finally put my thoughts together enough to get it moving.  My basis behind all of this is that I WANT to help out, and I WANT to make a difference in this world.  As a lot of us do.  But I have found that the resources to do certain things just aren’t there.  I’m not rich.  I’m not in a place to drop everything and do what needs to be done (in most cases).  BUT … I have realized that time doesn’t always equal money.  I don’t have a lot of time, but I have even less money.

So this new project is a way to use my time to give back in a way that is possible in my life.  And in exchange, the people reading about this project can give what they have.  May it be money, or time, or shoes, or a hug, or a listening ear.

So with that, we give what we have because we have it.  And that’s a simple as it gets.
